My 1st post in my new realtor blog:

With the coming of fall and crowds that gather, I wanted to share a recipe I have used for 21 years with my family to help get us through the busy times. You can make it ahead and warm it up later. A little goes a long way. Just add salad, a slice of toased bread and a glass of sweet tea.

Mom's Lasagna Recipe

1 Onion Small
1 lb. Lasagna Noodles
4 & 1/2 lb. Hamburger Meat
3 - 6 oz. packages Mozzarella Cheese
1 32 oz. Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1 egg
1/8 or 1/4 cup of milk

Cook Noodles until done. Fry hamburger meat and union until done. Cut mozzarella into 3 sections. Mix cottage cheese, egg & milk. Drain grease off the hamburger meat then put Ragu sauce in the hamburger meat and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Put small amount of cottage cheeze mix in the bottom of 9 X 12 pan. Then lay 3 noodles on the cottage cheese mix. Lay cut cheese 2 long way and 3 short ways to form the next layer. Add 3 noodles to form the next layer. Add a small amount of cottage cheese mix and layer a small amount of hamburger meat. Continue making layers until the pan is full and the top layer is hamburger meat. Bake 25 minutes on 360 degrees.

When you have had a chance to try it, tell me what you thought of this one. I would like for you to email me your recipes.
Happy cooki'n from Cindy Burress: Your Realtor
